Three Injured in Wrong-Way Collision near Kennedy Road
STANISLAUS COUNTY, CA (July 30, 2025) – Monday afternoon, three victims were hospitalized following a head-on crash on Highway 120.
For reasons under investigation, two vehicles collided head-on in the area. Investigators say the 64-year-old male driver of one of the vehicles crossed into eastbound traffic, resulting in the crash.
As a result, medics took three occupants to nearby hospitals for further treatment. Crews described the other two occupants as an 83-year-old man and a 73-year-old woman.
Emergency personnel shut down the surrounding road between Lancaster and Kennedy Road for a brief time during cleanup and preliminary duties.
Following investigations, officers do not believe DUI was a factor. In addition, all occupants were wearing their seat belts.
