Head to Dyffryn Gardens between April 7 and 22 for a unique trail with 10 hands-on, Easter-inspired activities for everyone in the family to enjoy.
The Dyffryn Easter trail is an opportunity for every family member, from youngest to oldest, to have fun and make the precious memories that Easter outings are all about.
Simply complete the trail and collect a delicious chocolate Easter egg.
Normal admission applies. The trail costs £3.50 and includes an Easter trail sheet, bunny ears, and a dairy or vegan and free-from chocolate egg.
The trail is also accessible for wheelchairs, mobility scooters, walking aids, and prams.

Easter egg hunt and games at Tredegar House
This Easter, from April 7 to 22, travel back to the 1920s at one of Wales’ grandest estates.
Enjoy an Easter trail with traditional fête games such as hoopla and coconut shy. Step into the world of Percy and Lulu, two of Lord Tredegar’s servants, and celebrate spring and history, complete with a chocolate treat.
No pre-booking is required for this exciting eggs-cursion. Normal admission applies, and National Trust members get free standard entry.
The Easter trail costs £3.50 per person and includes a trail sheet, bunny ears, and a chocolate treat (vegan and allergy-friendly option available).

Jump around at Buzz Parks Cardiff

Minibeast adventure at WWT Llanelli
WWT Llanelli has partnered with British animation studio Aardman and the Royal Entomological Society to bring families an epic minibeast wetlands adventure unlike any they’ve seen before.
From April 5, The Lloyd of the Flies Wetland Bug Hunt offers families an opportunity to dive into the wonderful world of insects alongside a well-known comedy character, housefly Lloyd, who features in Aardman’s children’s comedy series, Lloyd of the Flies.
Families can also ‘shrink down’ to fly size and see the world through an insect’s eye using Aardman’s augmented reality app.

Tours at the BBC
Those looking for something different to do in Cardiff over Easter can step into the future of broadcasting at the BBC’s newest and most advanced studios at Central Square.
They will be able to join friendly guides for an exclusive behind-the-scenes tour of the fantastic television and radio studios, with tours suitable for children aged seven and up.
