Soon, there might be an opportunity to catch a glimpse of him in person. Funnyman Adam Sandler announced he is hitting the road, bringing his “You’re My Best Friend Tour” to over 30 cities this fall. The tour will start on September 5 in Jacksonville, Florida, and end on November 1 in Las Vegas, with dozens of stops in between: Jacksonville, Florida Tampa, Florida Miami, Florida Estero, Florida Columbia, South Carolina Raleigh, North Carolina Charlottesville, Virginia Baltimore, Maryland New York, New York Albany, New York Syracuse, New York Philadelphia, Pennsylvania Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania Buffalo, New York Uncasville, Connecticut Washington, D.C. Hershey, Pennsylvania Boston, Massachusetts Milwaukee, Wisconsin Indianapolis, Indiana Toronto, Ontario Cleveland, Ohio Detroit, Michigan Columbus, Ohio Lexington, Kentucky St. Louis, Missouri Chicago, Illinois Omaha, Nebraska Salt Lake City, Utah Boise, Idaho Portland, Oregon Seattle, Washington Las Vegas, Nevada Dates can be found on Ticketmaster, where presales will start on Thursday for most shows. According to a release from Live Nation, Sandler sold out his last two tours. The actor, widely recognized for his performances in films like “Grown Ups,” “Happy Gilmore,” “50 First Dates,” among others, is set to return in a sequel to “Happy Gilmore” on Netflix. “Happy Gilmore 2” is scheduled for release next month.
