QUALIFIER INFO
Ireland Women will face Italy, Germany, and the Netherlands. The event is a double round robin with each team playing each other twice. The top two teams then progress to the Global Qualifier.

Bangladesh and Scotland have earned automatic spots in the Global Qualifier by virtue of their participation in the ICC Women’s T20 World Cup 2024.
Thailand and Nepal qualified for the Global Qualifier through the Asia regional pathway, while the USA secured their place from the Americas region.
The remaining five spots will be filled by two teams each from Africa and Europe and one from the East Asia-Pacific region, following the completion of their respective regional Qualifiers.
The Qualifier in Nepal will see the 10 teams divided into two groups of five, followed by a Super Six stage and a Final.

Ireland Women were on a nine-game unbeaten streak in T20I cricket until their recent loss to Pakistan Women in Clontarf.

Either Laura Delany (1,479 runs / 87 wickets) and Orla Prendergast (1,446 runs / 50 wickets) will become the first Irish woman to achieve the double of 1,500 runs and 50 wickets in T20Is.
