Jude Bellingham's girlfriend Ashlyn Castro and his mum Denise were reunited in the stands for Tuesday's Spanish King's Cup semifinal draw between Real Madrid and Real Sociedad. At another recent match attended by Ashlyn and Denise, fans suggested that there was a frosty interaction between the two. During their latest meeting, Denise was seen staring unsmiling at Ashlyn, before Jude's girlfriend broke out into laughter. A relaxed Ashlyn showed her support for Jude by wearing his number five shirt as she chatted with Denise before the match in the friends and family box. It was revealed in January that Jude, 21, and Ashlyn, 27, were dating, with the footballer going public with his new partner in February. Since then, the brunette has been spotted in attendance at Madrid's Bernabeu cheering on the England international, often alongside his doting mother. But when Ashlyn accompanied Denise to watch a match last month, many fans picked up on what they thought was a frosty interaction. As the TV cameras panned to the high-end area where Denise was watching the game, a screengrab that circulated on social media appeared to show her giving a side-eye to Ashlyn. A side-eye glance is usually interpreted as expressing disapproval or contempt towards somebody and fans were quick to react to the moment. However, it has since been revealed that the screengrab took their interaction out of context. In fact, a short video of the moment was subsequently shared on social media where Denise and Ashlyn appeared to share a joke. The initial shot of Denise looking towards her son's new partner was seemingly an attempt to get her attention, before the pair were seen laughing. The start of Ashlyn's relationship with Jude had been marred by claims about her past along with an escort site hoax. She was previously linked with Hollywood actor Michael B Jordan and NBA stars LaMelo Ball and Terance Mann, while a viral video also claimed that Castro had dated Lewis Hamilton and Jamie Foxx after making tenuous links between social media activity. However, in an emotional monologue on TikTok of more than 10 minutes, Ashlyn put to bed several false rumours. 'I don't even know where to begin, but I'm going to try my best to just get into it,' she said in a video that was titled 'The hardest part is not speaking the truth, but finding the courage to do it'. She went onto debunk several claims made about her, including allegations of being unfaithful.
