The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) had denied the reports claiming team India's exit from Men's Asia Cup and other Asia Cricket Council (ACC) events.BCCI secretary Devajit Saikia dismissed the reports and clarified that India's cricket governing body is yet to discuss the matter related to upcoming ACC events and asserted that it is currently busy with the ongoing IPL and the upcoming England's tour."Since this morning, it has come to our notice about some news items about BCCI's decision not to participate in Asia Cup and Women's Emerging Teams Asia Cup, Such news are devoid of any trut," Sakia was quoted by Cricbuzz."BCCI has not even discussed or taken any such steps regarding the upcoming ACC events, leaving alone writing anything to the ACC," he added.Earlier, reports claimed India has intend to withdraw from all ACC events including Men's Asia Cup and Women's Emerging Teams Asia Cup due next month.Defending champions India, will be hosting this year's Men's Asia Cup scheduled in September.
