The emergence of the document further exposes the hostile relationship coach Benji Marshall is reported to have with controversial player agent Isaac Moses.
Galvin on Tuesday night released a statement to share his side of the story after informing the club that he will not extend his contract with the club beyond 2026.

Speculation is running rife the young playmaker will be granted a release from the contract after the club dropped him to play reserve grade in the NSW Cup this weekend.
That axing is reported to have come at the request of senior figures in the dressing room, including Jarome Luai and Api Koroisau.
Like with all things in rugby league there is reportedly much more to the story — as suggested in Galvin’s statement where the 19-year-old hinted his desire to leave the club was primarily motivated by Marshall’s inability to grow his talents.
“I totally understand my decision will frustrate many Wests Tigers fans, but please know that it wasn’t an easy call to make,” Galvin said in the statement released to Code Sports.
“It’s a decision that I have discussed at length with my parents, closest friends and family. I’m extremely grateful for their love and support in making this call.
“The biggest reason why I made this call now is so that the Wests Tigers have enough time to plan their roster without me in the future. That’s the absolute truth of it.”
His most telling comments surrounded his development.
“I just feel that as I move into an important period of my development as a half, that I continue to build my game at a different club,” he said.
“Again, I know this might be hard for some people to understand, but I make this decision in the best interests of my career.”
Code Sports first reported Moses was armed with the list of grievances — which related to Marshall’s coaching methods and his tutelage of Galvin over the past 12 months — when the player manager met with Tigers chief executive Shane Richardson last week.
Leading rugby league journalist Andrew Webster on Tuesday night told Fox League Marshall’s relationship with Moses may be another of the determining factors behind Galvin’s decision.
Marshall was at the Tigers when Moses orchestrated James Tedesco’s departure to the Roosters and Mitchell Moses’ move to the Eels.
“He (Galvin) had a list, I think it was seven points, and the way it has been explained to me is that Isaac got through a couple about Benji and Richo (Shane Richardson) said, ‘I don’t want to hear it mate, that’s enough’,” Webster said.
“I want to wait to hear when Lachlan Galvin does his lightweight interview with some journo that’s close to Isaac Moses and when he sits there, explain exactly what your grievances with Benji Marshall are.
“And then ask if it’s real and then maybe ask the question, ‘Does it have anything to do with your player manager not liking Benji Marshall?’. Because that might be getting a little bit closer to the heart of why Lachie Galvin isn’t going to be at the Wests Tigers anymore.”
According to foxsports.com.au’s Paul Crawley, the heat Marshall has copped is “unfair”.
“Which 19-year-old in the world starts compiling a dossier against your coach? Did he come up with that?” Crawley said.
“This goes beyond money because even the Tigers were willing to give him $1 million a year. Money’s not the issue, it goes beyond the money. It goes to bad blood.
“Where it really stinks is that Lachlan Galvin is entitled to think another club may give him a better shot of making the most of his career, but where it stinks is that all the major news outlets at the moment are reporting the same outlet of the story that Benji is the problem.
“It is so unfair because it’s not just a stain on Benji, it’s a stain on the Tigers and a stain on the club who brought this fella through. When the Eels didn’t see a future in Galvin, the Tigers did.
“It’s not fair and in years to come, he’ll (Galvin) regret what he’s done here.”
NSW State of Origin coach Laurie Daley said he understood why it would be hard for Tigers fans to be upset by Galvin’s cold assessment of Marshall and his coaching staff.
Speaking on Sky Sports Radio, Daley said: “Talking about how coaching is not going to help his career, which is what we are reading between the lines, I think a lot of people are dirty at that.
“Plus the fact that he’s come through. The Tigers gave him an opportunity and now he’s bailing when they can see success on the horizon.”
Leading rugby league reporter Dean Ritchie said on the program: “He basically said it last night in that statement when he said he needs to further his development at another club, which is a slap in the face for Benji, let’s cut through the crap.
“He’s having a crack at Benji there in his own way. It’s highly unusual for a 19-year-old kid, who’s just emerged to go and have a crack at a coach who is a club legend.
Ritchie said there is a strong belief from some in the game that believe Galvin will sign a deal with Parramatta.
Galvin has previously insisted no deal has been done.
