Broncos NFL draft picks, Day 3: What to know about Denver’s three selections on final day
@Source: denverpost.com
After a flurry of trades on Day 2 of the NFL draft, the Broncos entered Day 3 with just two picks, with one slot in the fourth round and one in the sixth. Here’s who they picked up on Saturday in Green Bay.
Que Robinson, Alabama
Round/pick: 4th/No. 134
Height/weight: 6-foot-4/243 pounds
College: Alabama
Notable: Robinson is a high-upside play for Denver in the fourth round, with just 370 total snaps of collegiate football under his belt, per Pro Football Focus. He racked up 19 pressures in 2024 and was heavily utilized on special teams. He could find a role there in Denver for new ST coordinator Darren Rizzi while he develops on the edge behind an already-stout Broncos group of pass-rushers.
Jeremy Crawshaw, Florida
Round/pick: 6th/No. 216
Height/weight: 6-4, 198
College: Florida
Notable: Crawshaw will set up a punter competition of sorts in Denver, after the Broncos inked veteran Matt Haack this offseason. He’s a unique story, a native Australian who played rugby before switching to Australian-rules football. He put up strong numbers across five seasons at Florida, averaging 46.4 yards a punt, and will likely benefit from the move in climate from humid Florida to mountain-air Denver.
Caleb Lohner, Utah
Round/pick: 7th/No. 241
Height/weight: 6-7, 250
College: Utah
Notable: Perhaps the single most unique pick of Saturday’s Day 3 — or really, anywhere in the draft — the 6-foot-7 Lohner played his first-ever season of collegiate football after transferring to Utah in 2024. He was a red-zone specialist for the Utes, with only four catches in 2024 but all four went for touchdowns. He’s got legitimate box-out size and is a complete upside swing for Sean Payton and George Paton in the seventh round.
