Bryson DeChambeau shares 'prep work' footage as he looks to defend his US Open title at Oakmont

Bryson DeChambeau is at Oakmont Country Club this week to defend his title at the 2025 U.S. Open Championship. The 2025 edition of the tournament begins today and runs from June 12 to 15. Speaking to ESPN, ahead of the event, Bryson DeChambeau reflected on the challenging course of Oakmont. “I think everybody knows this is probably the toughest golf course in the world right now," he said.He added, “You have to hit the fairways, you have to hit greens, and you have to two-putt, worst-case scenario. When you’ve got those putts inside 10 feet, you’ve got to make them.”Bryson DeChambeau won the 124th U.S. Open by one shot over Rory McIlroy. He secured the win with a 50-yard bunker shot to save par on the final hole. He finished the event at six-under-par with a total score of 274, after rounds of 67, 69, 67, and 71. This was his second major title.
