FEYENOORD have sacked head coach Brian Priske just two days before the Champions League play-offs. The Dutch side face AC Milan in the first knockout round of the tournament after finishing 19th in the league phase. The club confirmed the decision with an extremely blunt statement. It read: "Brian Priske part ways with immediate effect "Feyenoord is saying goodbye to head coach Brian Priske in good consultation. "Very inconsistent results and a lack of chemistry are reasons for the departure of the head coach. "Assistant coaches Lukas Babalola Andersson and Bjorn Hamberg are also leaving the club with immediate effect. "Feyenoord expects to be able to appoint an interim staff tomorrow."
