Chris Eubank Jr vs Conor Benn fight time: UK start time and how to watch
@Source: mirror.co.uk
Chris Eubank Jr and Conor Benn are just days away from settling their bitter feud in the ring. The rivals were due to clash almost three years ago but the fight was scrapped at three days' notice when it was revealed Benn had failed a drug test in the build-up. He has since cleared his name and was last year given the green light to resume his career in the UK. He and Eubank Jr have continued their bitter war of words with the latter smashing an egg into his foe's face during a face-off after a press conference in February. The fighters will meet at middleweight but have also committed to a rehydration clause which means they can only add a few pounds after weighing in on Friday. Here is everything you need to know about the fight... Chris Eubank Jr and Conor Benn are expected to walk to the ring just before 10pm on Saturday, April 26. The first bell will ring shortly afterwards with Michael Buffer in attendance to carry out the pre-fight introductions. The undercard is expected to kick off at around 5pm UK time but subsequent fight times are subject to change. Chris Eubank Jr vs Conor Benn - 10pm Liam Smith vs Aaron McKenna - 9pm Anthony Yarde vs Lyndon Arthur - 8pm Chris Billam-Smith vs Brandon Glanton - 7pm Viddal Riley vs Cheavon Clarke - 6pm Chris Eubank Jr : "I've been the bad guy for many, many years. I said it in that first [Benn] press conference: I've been booed into every single UK fight against the UK fighter for the last 11 years. So being a good guy, having the support that a lot of fighters have or want, that dream kind of faded away for me a long time ago. I expect to be booed into Tottenham Hotspur [stadium for the Benn fight] because I've been booed into every arena [I've fought in]." Conor Benn: "I'm coming to a fight, it's always personal, it's not just Chris. Every single one of my fights has been personal. If you're trying to take food off my table and out of my kid's mouth, it's personal. It's never just business with me, it's always personal, I've always got a chip on my shoulder about it, so come Saturday night, forget the egg slap, forget the names, forget the calling me this, it makes no difference, there ain't no aggression, I'm coming in there to do a job and I'm coming in there to wipe him out. I ain't got no message, I ain't playing them games. I'm just going to get there on Saturday and handle business."
