CLARK FREEPORT — South Korean-backed Clark Aperito Towers recently held a grand open house at The Villages in Clark Freeport, marking a milestone in Korean investor confidence in the area's continued development. The event on 9 May was led by Besco Clark Philippines Group of Companies Corp. President and CEO Im Yee Gon, who was joined by several guests from the business and local communities. Among those present were Virginio Cugtas II, former VP of REBAP Pampanga; Ryu Dong Hyun, CEO of Green Asia ATV Leisure; Kim Youngjin, President of Zion Engineer; Michelle Viray, CEO of Casa Moda; Michelle Sia, CEO and President of Philko 18 Group of Companies; Milbert A. Adlawan, anchorman at Radyo Bandera Olongapo; Jerry Ponce, BSN RN, Chairman of the 1Balibago Business Club; Harin Lee, Vice President of the United Korean Community Association; Fr. Harold Garcia; and Kate Jang, Sales Director of Aperito Clark.A ribbon-cutting ceremony was held as part of the celebration.According to President Im, the Clark Aperito Towers project was made possible through a joint venture with South Korea’s Join Life INL Development Corporation. He said the development marks the beginning of a “new era of sophisticated living” in Clark. He added that the project aims to help transform Metro Clark into the country’s next metropolitan powerhouse, recalling that just five years ago, the area was undeveloped and underutilized.“Today, it’s a thriving ecosystem. Where weeds once tangled, sidewalks now connect homes to shops, schools, and restaurants. Where debris littered the ground, a sustainable community rises– meticulously planned for those who live, work, and thrive here,” he said.Im noted that the development spans seven hectares, with two hectares already developed for condominiums and five more designated for Clark Aperito’s premium towers. These towers, he said, will be the tallest buildings inside Clark Freeport at 25 floors. He added that they will soon be joined by Hotel Aperito and seven boutique condominium buildings.Clark Aperito Towers 1 and 2 will offer 152 exclusive residential units, including 52 three-bedroom units at 216 square meters each, 60 four-bedroom units at 243 square meters each, and 40 penthouses ranging from 269 to 411 square meters, all with panoramic views. The towers are located next to a multi-specialty medical center and within walking distance of schools, retail outlets, and dining establishments.Im also emphasized the buildings' energy-efficient design and proximity to popular golf destinations in the area.“This is just a five-minute drive to famous golf courses here, including KCC, Sunvalley, and Mimosa Golf Course,” he said.He concluded by highlighting the future growth of the project. “With Hotel Aperito and seven additional towers rising soon, Clark Aperito isn’t just a residence– it’s the heartbeat of a new Clark. This is where vision meets legacy,” he said.
