Gaza, May 03 (QNA) - The death toll from the Israeli aggression on Gaza has risen to 52,495 martyrs, with 118,366 injured since October 7, 2023. According to a medical report from Gaza, the latest figures include 2,396 martyrs and 6,325 wounded since March 18, when Israel resumed its offensive on Gaza following the ceasefire agreement. The report further noted that 77 martyrs, including seven recovered from the rubble, and 275 injured individuals arrived at Gaza hospitals in the past 48 hours. Many victims remain trapped under the debris and on the streets, with emergency and civil defense teams unable to reach them. The humanitarian crisis continues to escalate as international warnings persist regarding Israel’s blockade of essential aid from entering the Gaza Strip. (QNA)
