Ingredients;
1. Gritted coconuts
2. All purpose flour
3. Margarine
4. Nutmeg powder
7. Baking powder (optional)
8. Water/ coconut milk
Instructions
1. In a bowl, mix all the dry ingredients(flour, sugar, salt, baking powder, nutmeg)
2. Add margarine and mix well
3. Add the gritted coconut
4. Add the water/ coconut milk and mix well
5. Pour the dough on to a flat and clean surface and roll it out
6. Cut it to preferred shapes and sizes
7. In a preheated oil, fry until golden brown. Or bake
8. Take it, let it cool and serve.
