If we had competent leadership then this request might actually stand a chance. But seeing as the request is in response to our very incompetent leadership, and relies on said incompetent leadership to do the right thing... well ANGH.

They'd probably have better luck asking France. Expecting Krasnov to do anything remotely inconvenient for Mother Russia is a fool's errand.

Canada needs nukes. Maybe we should borrow a couple from France or the UK

Pretty sure Trump's buddy Vlad would say 'No', so Trump will say 'No' too.

We're kind of dealing with fascism here at home in the U.S., sir. You see, we have a leader who let over 1 million people die from COVID because he was more concerned with the ratings of his COVID press conferences than actually battling the disease.
Then he tried violently overthrowing the government by staging a riot.
Basically, your call will be handled in the order in which it was received.

But we have laid off and/or straight up fired all the call handlers, so that's going to be a very long wait. Please hold.

"Poland's president has called on the U.S. to transfer nuclear weapons to its territory"
Uh...have you been keeping up with current events pal? Just because they're stored there, our idiots would still control them. And...well, we've seen how that is playing out right now. Have you considered calling France?

It's a rather bizarre request, given that it's to curtail Russian aggression, and mentions NATO expansion. Is Poland not aware that the US now supports Russian aggression and is currently a NATO member in name only?

Uh, isn't one of Vlad's goals the annexation of Poland?
This sounds like a roundabout way to disarm the enemy.

Rhombic: Canada needs nukes. Maybe we should borrow a couple from France or the UK
Canada absolutely needs nukes if it doesn't want to get Ukrained. With apologies for using Ukraine as a verb

I'm sure it's in the works. They'd be suicidal to do anything else.

Step 1) Ask for US nuclear weapons in your territory
Step 2) Twenty months at minimum of more DOGE shiat
Step 3) Free nuclear weapons because the US government fired everyone who knew where they were!
