EastEnders exit 'confirmed' for another character after Martin Fowler's death

There seems to be another EastEnders exit on the way, thanks to a telling comment by one star of the BBC soap.
Following a double death this week, fans had speculated a triple exit was on the horizon. Now it seems one exit is confirmed after a post on Instagram saw an interaction between two stars on the show.
Ruby Allen could be heading out of Walford for good following the death of her partner Martin Fowler during the live episode. She only recently returned and reconnected with Martin, revealing she'd secretly welcomed his son Roman a few years ago.
The pair recently got back together despite it being clear he had feelings for his ex Stacey Slater. In his final moments after The Queen Vic explosion it was Stacey that Martin wanted by his side, and he told her he loved her.
Not only that be he asked her to marry him and said he would leave Ruby for her, only for him to sadly lose his life. Ruby collapsed in grief outside of the pub after realising he was dead, as Stacey's screams of turmoil were heard by everyone in the Square.
Now, amid fans speculating Ruby would leave with Roman, it appears her exit is on the way. As actress Louisa Lytton shared a series of snaps from her time on the show over the years, she included pictures with her co-stars.
One of these colleagues was Jay Brown actor Jamie Borthwick, who made a telling comment underneath the post. He replied to the photos and said: "You miss me don’t you."
Given Jamie doesn't appear to be leaving the show, could this be a hint that Louisa has left the role? With Stacey actress Lacey Turner taking time out of the soap soon for her maternity leave, returning to film the live episode, it could mean Stacey, Ruby and Roman are all leaving soon.
Fans have guessed an exit is looming for Ruby now that Martin is gone, with one writing on social media: "Ruby will leave." Another fan guessed: "Ruby will probably leave as she knows that Martin had chosen Stacey," as a third fan added: "It would make sense for Ruby to leave alone with Roman."
Other fans had predicted a demise for Ruby before Martin's death. Clues including the fact it was the show's Ruby anniversary left fans convinced it would be her who died.
