Korba, Aug 3 (PTI) A two-day-old elephant calf died of pneumonia in Chhattisgarh’s Korba district on Sunday, a forest official said. Korba divisional incharge forest officer Nishant Kumar said the calf was kept under observation after its mother abandoned the newborn. Just two days ago, an adult elephant died due to electrocution in the same Bagdhari Dand area. PTI COR NSK
