Manchester City or Bournemouth meanwhile will take on Nottingham Forest with the Premier League rivals set to meet in the weekend’s final quarter-final match this evening. Semi-final ties will take place on the weekend of 26 and 27 of April. Unai Emery’s side booked their place in the final four of the competition after a 3-0 victory over Preston at Deepdale on Sunday afternoon. The Championship side held strong up until just before the hour mark when Marcus Rashford broke the deadlock. The England international, on loan from Manchester United, doubled his tally five minutes later from the penalty spot with Jacob Ramsey wrapping up the win.
