This ample space is designed to make all types of travelers, from solo adventurers to large families, feel comfortable and at home. You’ll find other comforts for a cozy stay like a Keurig coffee maker, mini-refrigerator and microwave. The master bedroom features a king-size bed with an ensuite bath, while the second bedroom has two queen beds and an adjacent bathroom. The exclusive cabanas, designed for groups of six or less, offer a luxurious experience. They include lounge chairs, a flat screen television, a mini-fridge for the included beverages, and a fruit platter. Plus, a hidden safe ensures your goods are secured while you enjoy the pool. For non-villa guests, there is a main pool with a waterfall and a 75-foot water slide. From an elegant fine dining restaurant to casual cafes and phenomenal bars, the variety of dining options at Caribe Royale is truly impressive. It’s like being on a culinary vacation, with something to cater to every taste and mood, making the stay feel more like a personalized experience than just a place to rest our heads. The Venetian Chop House Caribe Royale’s upscale dining option, The Venetian Chop House, is a AAA Four-Diamond restaurant led by the esteemed executive chef David Hackett, a master of Italian cuisine. Here, you’ll choose from the finest steaks, fresh succulent seafood and flavorful pasta dishes, each course tastier than the last. The in-house sommelier gives excellent recommendations of wine to pair with your dinner selections. If you need a few ordering suggestions, be sure to order the jumbo lump crab cake, lobster bisque or Campanelle carbonara. It’s the perfect backdrop for an intimate evening or celebration. For a truly exclusive experience, set up a private rum tasting. I personally enjoyed this as it introduced us to new rum brands and some knockout cocktails, like the Nola Noir! We had two signature drinks and sampled several rums from around the world. Or, order a rum flight. You can create your own flight or choose one of the pre-selected options. If you’re undecided on what to order, the mixologists are beyond knowledgeable and can create custom drinks based on your likes, tastes and mood! They offer a few menu items to go alongside your drinks. We went right at opening as our own happy hour before heading to dinner. Between the drinks, music, food and Dominos, it’s like a little piece of Havana in Orlando. It’s a multi-level space with two full-size bars and eight pro-level sports simulators for games like basketball, tennis, soccer and golf. There are two 165-inch XHD projector displays and a 110-foot-long ribbon display television for immersive 360-degree game time viewing. And the menu goes far beyond what you’ll find at a traditional sports bar thanks to celebrity chefs Jeff McInnis and Janine Booth lend their talents to a creative chef-driven menu at The Stadium Club, ensuring a high-quality dining experience. If you don’t try anything else, order the chicken and waffles. The chicken is brined in sweet tea giving a juicy and flavorful bite alongside tabsaco and maple syrup. It’s truly a chef’s kiss type of meal. The cocktails are fun and imaginative as well. It’s a great place for a night out on the town without having to go far. The Stadium Club Caribe Royale Dining At Calypso’s Pool Bar And Grille Calypso, a haven for Latin and Caribbean-style food and drinks, was our top choice for dining at the hotel. The comfort of poolside lounging was a major draw for us. It’s also the restaurant used for the cabana rental meal service. The extensive variety of menu options was a pleasant surprise, a refreshing change from the often limited poolside dining menus. You can find everything from quesadillas and tacos al pastor to fresh catch of the day and poke bowls. And, of course, you’ll find your classic cocktails like a Mai Tai and Pina Colada. However, other drinks like the Passionfruit Margarita and Mango Mamba are absolutely delicious! Overview of Calypso Caribe Royale Get Your Day Started At Tropicale We had breakfast here a few mornings. They serve all the traditional American breakfast options, both plated and buffet style. The buffet, a delightful array of culinary choices, included an omelet station, cereals, yogurt, fruit, pastries, and breakfast meats. You can order steak and eggs, eggs benedict, or avocado toast. Family Dining At Tropicale Caribe Royale But Wait, There’s More It may be hard to believe, but this isn’t the end of the dining options at Caribe Royale. For the girlies and visitors obsessed with Starbies, there’s an onsite full-service Starbucks in the lobby. So yes, you can get those viral TikTok seasonal drinks and snacks during your stay! Cookies From The Market Caribe Royale Be sure to visit the local market in the main building, where you can find grab-and-go options like sandwiches, pastries and house-made treats. This is a great idea if you’re heading out to explore before the parks or nearby attractions open. And for a truly special treat, don’t miss out on Kelly's Homemade Ice Cream, which offers custom blends that are exclusively available at the resort, making you feel like a privileged guest! And, for the early mornings or late nights that you simply don’t want to leave the bed, you can take advantage of in-suite dining which offers breakfast and dinner. My favorite was the breakfast bowl (choice of meat, shredded hashbrowns, eggs, hollandaise sauce and arugula salad) and the hot cakes served with macerated blueberries and breakfast meat.
