In one widely criticized video, he can be seen blasting music from a suitcase-style speaker inside a JR Yamanote Line train before abruptly leaping out at Shibuya Station and performing a backflip on the crowded platform. The following day, he repeated the act at Ebisu Station, again drawing attention for loud noise and dangerous stunts.
The influencer, who has garnered international attention for similar antics abroad, continued uploading videos of backflips across central Tokyo, despite mounting online criticism. Comments from viewers highlighted the risks of performing stunts in crowded areas, with many calling the behavior "dangerous" and "irresponsible."
The situation escalated further when the influencer announced a live performance in a Tokyo park. Upon his arrival, a crowd of around 100 young fans swarmed the scene, shouting and creating a chaotic atmosphere. Security staff, who said the group had not obtained proper filming permission, eventually reported the incident to police.
A university student who witnessed the scene said, "It looked like they didn’t file the proper request, which was kind of a nuisance."
Despite repeated complaints and safety concerns, the influencer defended his actions, saying, "I'm super excited! I’ve done this all over the world and it’s not illegal." However, after another appearance on April 20th led to fans blocking roads and some ignoring traffic signals to chase after him, he offered an apology when approached again: "Sorry… I came to Japan to make content. I didn’t know I needed permission."
He left Japan on April 21st, saying "Thank you" as he departed.
JR East, responding to the incidents, stated that it would continue to promote proper etiquette through public announcements in multiple languages and increased security patrols both in stations and onboard trains.
