Kuala Lumpur, May 27 (QNA) - HH the Amir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani met with HE Prime Minister of Malaysia Dr. Anwar Ibrahim on the sidelines of the second ASEAN-GCC Summit, held at the Kuala Lumpur Convention Center in Malaysia.
The meeting discussed areas of bilateral cooperation and explored ways to enhance them across various sectors, particularly in the fields of investment and economy. The two sides also exchanged views on the latest regional and international development, as well as the topics listed on the Summit agenda.
The meeting was attended by HE Chief of the Amiri Diwan Abdullah bin Mohammed Al Khulaifi, HE Minister of Commerce and Industry Sheikh Faisal bin Thani Al-Thani, HE Minister of State for Foreign Affairs Sultan bin Saad Al Muraikhi, and a number of Their Excellencies, members of the official delegation accompanying HH the Amir.
Attending from the Malaysian side were HE Minister of Foreign Affairs Mohamad Hasan, HE Minister of Investment and Trade Tengku Zafrul, and high-ranking officials. (QNA)
