Celtic will make at least three signings before the transfer window closes next week – possibly four if Michael Gannon's 'sneaking suspicion' proves correct. That's the view of our man in Almaty who told Celtic fans what they can expect as he toured the Kazakh city live on our social media channels. Tierney has been outstanding but hasn't done 90 minutes yet, he's only done that twice in two years. He has to build himself back up. "I have no doubt there will be more signings. I expect Balikwisha, Saracchi, and one more winger." But even that might not be the end of it. Daizen Maeda has been loosely linked with a move away all window and our man has a gut feeling that interest might just ramp up in the final seven days of the window. And if it does, he expects that to trigger a move for another out-and-out No.9. He went on: "There's a sneaking suspicion there's some interest in Maeda. He loves living in Glasgow, he loves it at Celtic, so he's not banging any doors down. "But he's 27, he's got to be thinking about his next big move. It would need to take serious money, because you're not just losing one player, you're losing two or three players. "If they are to consider that, they need at least one more winger. If they keep Maeda, they can get away with two wingers; if they sell him, it's two wingers and a striker."
