IND Vs ENG 2nd Test: How Many Overs Will Be Bowled On Day 5 After Rain Delayed Start?
@Source: timesnownews.com
Rain has caused a delay in the start of the last day of the second Test match between Ben Stokes' England side and Shubman Gill-led Indian cricket team at Edgbaston. While the English team faces an almost impossible task with 536 runs remaining to win, India only needs seven wickets to win the match. Though India was hoping that they would get the full 90 overs to bowl on the final day but persistent rain and weather conditions have forced over reduction. Only 80 Overs Of PlayAs rain forced the game to be delayed for more than an hour and a half, the final day was reduced to just 80 overs. The visitors would need to put on their best performance with the bowl and hope to get the remaining overs. They would also be hoping that post-rain and overcast conditions would help them. On the other hand, pulling a victory from here might seem an impossible task but the hosts would like to deny India a win too. 1st session: 12:40-14:30 local time, 17:10-19:00 IST 2nd session: 15.10-17.10 local time, 19:40-21:40 IST3rd session 17.30-19.00 local time, 22:00-23:30 IST
