The release ceremony was held at the Mumbai GPO where Suchita Joshi, Postmaster General, Mumbai Region, Manoj Kumar, Director Postal Services (Mails & Business Development), Maharashtra Circle and other dignitaries, officials and cricket fans gathered to celebrate this historic moment for Indian sports.
