The new power couple live 20 minutes apart in the wealthy southern Florida enclave of Palm Beach, with a source confirming Vanessa visits the golf legend's pad on Jupiter Island 'a few nights a week'. Amid their secret romance, the Woods and Trump families have become increasingly close in recent months, with Tiger seen arriving at the PGA Tour's Genesis Invitational at Torrey Pines, California, last month alongside Vanessa and her 16-year-old daughter Kai. Like his son Charlie, who is the same age, Kai is an aspiring golfer with ambitions to one day turn pro. It also has elementary and middle school campuses in North Palm Beach on Ellison Wilson Road, near Golfview Road and wedged between two golf courses. According to its website, one year of tuition for 9th through 12th grade at the high-school campus is priced at a whopping $37,200 for the 2024-25 school year. The Benjamin School was founded by Marshall and Nancy Benjamin, a Michigan couple who moved to South Florida in the 1950s. Marshall and Nancy were both teachers. After relocating to Florida, they opened up a private school near Palm Beach International Airport, which was packed with students within two years of opening. The couple eventually bought a parcel of land in 1960 with two old houses that became North Palm Beach Private School, and many years later it was rebranded as The Benjamin School. As well as Charlie and Kai, Woods' 17-year-old daughter Sam is also a senior student at the school. However, she has previously distanced herself from a career in golf and instead thrown herself into soccer. Tiger was recently seen cheering Sam on from the stands as she helped her school, the Buccaneeers, win a Florida state soccer title.
