ITV soaps Coronation Street and Emmerdale face even more schedule changes this week, with soap fans once again having their Friday evening disrupted.
As a result, fans will instead be treated to more soap content than usual tonight.
At the earlier time of 7pm, Emmerdale viewers will be able to tune into an hour-long instalment of the Yorkshire-based soap.
Coronation Street will then air at 9pm, following The Martin Lewis Money Show.
Both episodes are already available to watch on ITVX.
Wednesday and Thursday will see the soaps return to their usual scheduled slots, with neither Emmerdale nor Coronation Street set to air on Friday.

Instead, ITV viewers will be able to tune into coverage of the World Cup qualifier between England and Albania from 7pm, with the football match set to kick off at 7.45pm.
There is plenty of drama ahead in both soaps this week, so fans will be glad not to be missing out.
In tonight’s instalment of Coronation Street, Tracy Barlow (Kate Ford) gets quite the shock when she comes face-to-face with killer ex Rob Donovan (Marc Baylis).
Meanwhile, Dee-Dee Bailey (Channique Sterling-Brown) is horrified when James Bailey (Jason Callender) suggests that he and partner Danny adopt her baby, while Brian Packham (Peter Gunn) is devastated to learn about Julie Carp’s (Katy Cavanagh) cancer diagnosis.

Elsewhere, Sean Tully (Antony Cotton) is given a shocking ultimatum, while Carla Connor (Alison King) and Lisa Swain (Vicky Myers) follow a lead in Rob’s case.
Over in the Dales, Chas Dingle (Lucy Pargeter) and Liam Cavanagh (Jonny McPherson) are shocked to walk into a surprise engagement party, and things escalate when a row breaks out between Chas and Ella Forster (Paula Lane).
Manpreet Sharma (Rebecca Sarker) is still struggling with her blackmail ordeal, but is tempted when Joe Tate (Ned Porteous) offers to pay off the blackmailer.
Sarah Sugden sticks up for newcomer Kammy (Picture: ITV)
Meanwhile, newcomer Kammy (Shebz Miah) is surprised when Sarah Sugden (Katie Hill) takes his side against Ross Barton (Michael Parr), and Jai Sharma (Chris Bisson) thinks he’s onto something when Caleb Miligan (William Ash) bristles at the slightest mention of Anthony.
Next year, both soaps are set to face permanent schedule changes as ITV cut back on episodes.
Both soaps will air half an hour episodes every weeknight, with Emmerdale hitting screens at 8pm, followed by Corrie at 8.30pm, creating what bosses are calling a ‘soap power hour’.
The changes are said to reflect research into audience viewing habits, and will be marked by a huge stunt at the beginning of 2026.
