Ivana Trump's New York home has incurred another price cut.
The late former wife of President Donald Trump died at age 73 in the Lenox Hill townhouse after falling down a flight of stairs in the home on July 14, 2022. Almost three years after it was listed, the property is now asking $17.9 million, the New York Post reported.
In November 2022, the townhouse was initially asking $26.5 million. After almost a year on the market, in September 2023, the price was cut to $22.5 million, and a month later, the listing was taken off the market. In June 2024, it was then relisted for a lower price in for $19.5 million.
The property, jointly listed by J. Roger Erickson of Douglas Elliman and Adam D. Modlin of Modlin Group, is located on East 64th Street and spans six stories. Inside, the property has five bedrooms and five full bathrooms, with a gated elevator and a central, curved staircase to connect the floors.
Ivana's 8,725-square-foot home features a range of ornate and lavish details, including a crystal chandelier, silk wallpaper and a fireplace embossed with gold. The townhouse also includes a media room and sauna.
The primary suite takes up the whole third floor. The bedroom has three French doors, which lead to a private outdoor terrace, while the bathroom — featuring a large soaking tup and a double sink — is finished with pink onyx marble. Also part of the primary suite, an office with leopard print furniture and an onyx fireplace is situated across from the bedroom.

Ivana bought the property for $2.5 million in 1992, following her divorce from Donald, according to the Wall Street Journal.
Ivana, who shared Donald Jr., 46, Ivanka, 43 and Eric, 40 with the president, was honored with a funeral mass in New York City. She was later buried in a private plot on the Trump National Golf Course in Bedminster, N.J,, which Donald frequents.
