It’s a day always worth celebrating as it signifies the renewal of his earthly sojourn. This year, Omoniyi clocked 52. For this Ogun State Commissioner for Housing, he has every reason to climb the mountaintop in appreciation of what almighty God has done for him. In fact, the top politician saw his birthday as a moment to honour his God and celebrate the blessings he has received. This year is no different as the chartered accountant, on Wednesday May 7, gathered close family members, friends, business and political associates at the Mitros Residences, Ibara GRA, Abeokuta to celebrate with him. It was indeed a remarkable day as guests showered Omoniyi with an avalanche of tributes and encomia amidst decent lavish revelry. Renowned for his visionary leadership and innovative approach, Omoniyi’s successful transition into real estate where his commitment to excellence and transformative impact on the industry was duly recognised by the Ogun State Governor, Prince Dapo Abiodun, who invited him to serve in his cabinet in July 2019. Since assuming office, Omoniyi has implemented several groundbreaking projects including the GRA Regeneration scheme, which delivers world-class infrastructure and diverse housing options across the Gateway State. As a passionate golf player and Rotarian, his dedication to community service and personal growth further underscores his multifaceted contributions to society.
