Kelowna’s Gospel Mission is calling on the community to come together for a day of golf and fun at the 2025 Charity Golf Classic.
The event is happening Friday, Sept. 5 at Sunset Ranch Golf and Country Club.
Open to golfers of all skill levels, the annual tournament is more than just a day on the green, it’s a chance to make a lasting impact.
Last year’s event raised $80,000 to help provide meals, shelter, and life-changing programs to people experiencing homelessness in Kelowna.
Organizers hope to top that number this year.
“Our team gets so excited for this incredible day of golf and fundraising with our city,” says Spencer Larsen, resource development specialist at Kelowna’s Gospel Mission.
“This event could not happen without the incredible support of our sponsors and golfers who come out to support KGM. It’s really a beautiful thing."
Golfers can look forward to a full day of fun and friendly competition, beginning with a hot breakfast provided by Gordon Food and a shotgun start at 10 a.m. The tournament will follow a Texas Scramble format.
Throughout the day, participants will have the chance to win prizes in various competitions, including hole-in-one challenges, long drive and closest-to-the-pin contests, a putting competition and more.
There will also be a 50/50 raffle, prize draws, and a silent auction featuring amazing items—all supporting Kelowna’s Gospel Mission. Register now to secure your spot.
