There is already an offer for the country’s latest knockout sensation Kenneth Llover to fight for one of the world bantamweight titles.But it is not going to be in his next fight.Instead, the title shot against World Boxing Association (WBA) champion Seiya Tsutsumi will happen towards the end of the year.This was disclosed by Llover’s manager Gerry Peñalosa, who said on Thursday that a fight against Mexican Salvador Juarez in Japan has been mentioned for late June.“I was told that the world title shot won’t happen right away but after this fight,” Peñalosa told DAILY TRIBUNE.“They (Japanese promoters) that they have to give Llover a bit more exposure in Japan before we proceed to a world championship fight.”Peñalosa admitted that the offer is nice and he will discuss with the entire team if they will agree to it.Llover, 22, caught the fancy of Japanese boxing last Monday when he needed just one round to win the Orient-Pacific Boxing Federation bantam crown by toppling Keita Kurihara at Tokyo’s famed Korakuen Hall.The undefeated Llover, nicknamed “The Lover Boy,” raised his win-loss-draw record to 14-0-0 with nine knockouts following his swift victory over Kurihara.Last December, it only took Llover 60 seconds to knock out Tulio Dekanarudo in Osaka in his Japan debut.So far, that’s the latest on Llover, according to Peñalosa, who likewise revealed that Treasure Boxing, another Japan-based promotional outfit, has also sent feelers.“Treasure wants to meet with me but we haven’t discussed anything yet. As of this time, the offer from the WBA champion appears the most attractive,” Peñalosa said.Treasure Boxing formerly promote John Riel Casimero.“My job is to give Llover the best deal available,” added the two-time world champion.Meanwhile, Peñalosa said Llover deserves a break following his solid showing.
