@Source: mirror.co.uk
Reality TV star Louise Thompson broke down in tears this week as it was revealed that her brother Sam's ex Zara McDermott had been spotted on a date with One Direction star Louis Tomlinson . The former Made In Chelsea star had the emotional moment as she spoke on her podcast He Said, She Said with her fiancé Ryan Libbey. It comes after the Mirror revealed that reality star turned documentary maker Zara, 28, seemed "smitten" with new love interest Louis, 33, as they were pictured on a cocktail date at a Suffolk hotel . While Louise's little brother Sam, 32, is said to be finding it "tough" to see his ex - who he split from in December after five years - move on so quickly. What's even worse is Sam is set to come face to face with his love rival Louis when they play a celebrity football match to raise money for Soccer Aid in June. Discussing her own personal life, 34-year-old Louise revealed she is also having a hard time at the moment and admitted "sometimes it feels like it's too much." Breaking down as she talked about her ongoing health troubles and "incredibly exhausting" job, she shared how she "doesn't have a second day in the day" as she is currently doing "about five people's jobs". She said: "People think you're just an influencer, you're just out there having a lunch everyday, you're having a good time, you're larking around with your brother. It's not true, I don't have a second in the day, I don't take a lunch break. I am back to back with meetings. "I look at people who have grown really successful businesses that aren't necessarily influencers and they have teams, you have to have a team. And they have teams of ten, twenty, fifty, a hundred people... you have to scale up. I've basically realised in the last six months that I'm doing at least five people's jobs." The reality star turned social media influencer, businesswoman and author also suffers from various health conditions including ulcerative colitis and lupus and almost died giving birth to her three-year-old son Leo. She shared how she still needs weekly health appointments, which she is managing on top of everything else. Sharing how she sometimes has "burn out moments", Louise continued: "I think it's fine to also have a bit of a burnt out moment and be like, it's all part of the journey. I don't need to be perfect... I've got so much but I feel f**ked." Husband-to-be Ryan cut in and said: "But you shouldn't be having burnout in the second month of a brand new year, you just shouldn't." To which Louise replied: "But this is why we're having this conversation." Her partner then insisted that she should be proud of everything she's achieved, with juggling her work, health and being a mum. But he added: "You've got to make some changes, and this is not about me highlighting your faults. It's more from a place of love and concern. But I do think the way you operate, you operate like Alan Sugar , but you do it from our home every day, with your team. And it's an intense environment." Louise hit back: "You make it sound like I sit across the table and say, 'You're fired.' I don't do that. We have a really good time and I'm not horrible like he is. No one is ever going to want to work with me again!" Ryan then said: "Ok, so not quite that, but you have the brains, you have the drive, you have the vision. But you're working too hard in this current state - and I think the tears confirm where you're at with it." Do you have a story to share? Email me at katie.wilson01@reachplc.com Like this story?
