Love Island's Luca's mum wades into Grace row with savage swipe at Olivia Hawkins

In a dramatic turn of events, the Love Island: All Stars villa was rocked by an explosive argument on Sunday night's show after eliminated contestants returned to decide who would be dumped from the island before the final. During the showdown, Olivia Hawkins hurled accusations at Grace Jackson, claiming that she had seen 'secret messages' proving Grace was just faking her affection for Luca Bish, who is also her mother Maria's son, in a bid to win the competition.
Olivia made the shocking claim: "So I've seen text messages of Grace just saying to someone that she'll do whatever it takes to win the show this time from someone back home." A clearly upset Grace passionately defended herself to Luca, affirming: "Baby, that is absolutely not true. I do not care about winning this show". As the tension soared, Samie Elishi chimed in, asserting she too had seen the contentious texts. However, Grace vehemently denied the allegations: "On my life, I have never written that sentence in my life. It's b******t, and someone's forged that, that's not true. I am gobsmacked".
To add fuel to the fire, Harriett Blackmore, a trusted ally of Grace's, discredited Olivia's claims, saying: "Liv's probably texted herself and used it as an answer. Babe, we all know you wouldn't do that. She probably made it up babe, like she did with Ronnie."
Luca and Olivia, both from Brighton, knew each other before Love Island, and Luca's mum Maria didn't hold back during the episode, taking to social media to share her thoughts on Liv.
A Love Island teaser showed a fiery clash between Grace and Liv, prompting Maria to comment from her antique shop's account: "Liv you told me you wouldn't stop at anything to get with Luca when he left the island. So this is interesting.", reports the Mirror. Fans cheered Maria on for backing Grace in the drama.
Grace's ex, Reuben Collins, also came to her defence after their time together on the show last year, calling out the "fake" texts on Instagram: "FAKE NEWS."
Although Olivia couldn't vote against Grace and Luca, she had strong words about Harriett and Ronnie, who were eventually sent packing.
Speaking to Maya Jama, Harriett expressed her surprise at being voted off, especially by friends like Sammy Tina: "I know that Liv had a few opinions, because obviously she tried to speak to Ronnie in the past. So I kind of accepted that vote. But a few friends in there, like Sammy Tina, I didn't expect those girls to vote for us," she revealed.
