Manchester City Signs Deal With Techno India Group To Start Football School In Kolkata

Premier League defending champions Manchester City are all set to pave their way into Kolkata. The city is known for its madness for football and when Man City ties up with this Indian city, then that is brilliant news for football lovers.
Marking a new era in Indian football development, this unique initiative of a football school aims to nurture young talents from across the country by offering players a unique blend of world-class football coaching with a strong foundation for mind and body development.
Techno India Manchester City Football School will cater to athletes aged three to 17 years, providing top-tier training led by dedicated British Coaches, handpicked by the City Football Group.
Alongside the football training, the school will provide a select group of exceptional students with a unique opportunity to train at Manchester City’s facilities in the United Kingdom.
The select few players will also be invited to experience a renowned training environment and gain exposure to top-tier international football facilities.
Furthermore, all enrolled students will receive detailed performance reports and personalised improvement plans during the program, crafted by the experts of City Football Group.
These reports will be sent to the Man City Football School in Kolkata to be distributed among the students, offering valuable insights and tailored recommendations to accelerate their skillset and enhance their understanding of the game, being guided from a professional level.
This deal was struck as part of West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee’s visit to London. On Tuesday, there was a business session presented by the Bengal Government in the presence of industry players from both sides.
This Football School will set a new benchmark for Sports Education in India, broadening the opportunities for aspiring footballers.

Banerjee, along with Bengal industry leaders, are there in London and she thanked Manchester football club for this deal. Banerjee said, “ In Bengal, everybody loves football and cricket and am thankful that Manchester football club has signed this deal with Satyam, Techno India group.”
Banerjee stressed the need to have direct flights between London and Kolkata as well.
