A blockbuster from the golden age of edge-of-your-seat thrillers has just landed on streaming platforms, following audiences' consumption of another massive action spectacle and another 90s classic landed earlier this year, reports the Mirror . Released in 1995, the film became that year's highest-earning picture as cinema-goers worldwide queued up to see it. Die Hard: With a Vengeance served as the follow-up to the 1988 original Die Hard and its 1990 successor Die Hard 2. This third instalment in the series has frequently been praised as a worthy continuation of the action saga. Die Hard: With a Vengeance returned to NYPD officer John McClane (portrayed by Bruce Willis), now a burnt-out, booze-dependent divorcé, who found himself trapped in a warped game of Simon Says with a deranged bomber terrorising New York City. McClane found himself teaming up with local store owner Zeus Carver (Samuel L. Jackson) as they attempted to thwart the villain Simon Gruber (Jeremy Irons) upon discovering his scheme to pilfer gold reserves from the Federal Reserve Bank of New York. The film continues to be regarded as a timeless classic, with IMDb users singing its praises. One perfect 10/10 rating declared: "Die Hard With A Vengeance is not only a great movie, it is arguably the best masterpiece sequel of all time!"
