As a result, the seating layout changed, without an adjustment in ticket prices, considering that the capacity of Gelora Bung Karno Main Stadium was much smaller than JIS. After protests from fans, the promoter then provided the option for a refund for those who felt aggrieved.The issue continued until two days before the event. The ticket sales platform, tiket.com, claimed that they had not received seat numbers and queues from the promoter. Ticket buyers through tiket.com were then asked to request refunds. Meanwhile, many ticket buyers through Mecimapro's official website claimed that they had not received the refund they had requested, even after the concert had ended.The peak of this problem occurred on the day of the concert. Heavy rain and strong winds poured over Jakarta as the event was about to start. Audience members who arrived early for the soundcheck were forced to wait for hours outside the stadium without adequate protection.
