Meghan Markle has shared a never seen before photo from her high school days with fans. The Duchess of Sussex took to Instagram to post the candid throwback picture for her 2.5 million followers to see. It showed her as a teenager standing next to a statue of the Virgin Mary. She tagged her former school in Los Angeles, Immaculate Heart - a Catholic, independent college preparatory school for young women, as there was where the picture was taken. In the caption she wrote: "When your dear friend from middle school/high school sends you something from your Alma mater and it brings the biggest smile to your face. Go Pandas. Thanks Sush xo." Her school shared the pic first as they congratulated Meghan on her new Netflix show - With Love, Meghan - which was released on the streaming giant earlier this month and has reportedly been commissioned for another series. This week she also announced plans for a new podcast, which will be called Confessions of a Female Founder. "Congratulations to IH alumna Meghan Markle ('99) on the renewal of her Netflix series and launch of her new podcast! We're delighted to share a special throwback photo from her time at Immaculate Heart, honouring our cherished tradition of Mary's Day," her former school wrote. The post came as her husband Prince Harry's visa court documents were released to the public today . However, a lot of it was heavily redacted meaning the application itself - and whether or not he ticked the box admitting he had previously taken drugs, as he confessed in his autobiography, Spare - were not revealed, leaving many questions unanswered. Conservative US think tank The Heritage Foundation has repeatedly raised the issue of whether the royal may have lied about his drug use on his visa application or, alternatively, whether he received preferential treatment under the Biden administration when he moved to the US with LA native Meghan in 2020. Documents, which were previously unseen, appear to say Harry didn't receive preferential treatment. They read: "Plaintiffs allege that the records should be disclosed as public confidence in the government would suffer or to establish whether the Duke was granted preferential treatment. This speculation by Plaintiffs does not point to any evidence of government misconduct. "The records, as explained above, do not support such an allegation but show the regulatory process involved in reviewing and granting immigration benefits which was done in compliance with the Immigration and Nationality Act and applicable rules and regulations." In February, new US President Donald Trump ruled out deporting Harry, telling The New York Post: "I’ll leave him alone. He's got enough problems with his wife. She's terrible." Meghan has previously been a vocal critic of former reality star Trump, calling him 'divisive' and a 'misogynist'. Do you have a story to share?
