Australian Minjee Lee has won the third golf major of her career, claiming the Women's PGA Championship by three shots in Texas.
After struggling early with four bogeys through 10 holes, Lee made two clutch birdies on the back nine to finish two-over for the round, and four-under for the tournament.
American Auston Kim, 24, and Thailand's Chanettee Wannasaen, 21, were excellent on Sunday, shooting rounds of four-under 68 and holding the clubhouse lead at one-under.
But Lee held her nerve on the back nine to win the third major of her career, following the Evian Championship in 2021 and US Open in 2022.
Lee becomes the fourth Australian, after Jan Stephenson, Karrie Webb and Peter Thomson, to win three golf majors in a career.
The West Australian also joins Yani Tseng, Anna Nordqvist, In Gee Chun and Lydia Ko as the only active players with three or more major titles.
"A lot of patience out there today," Lee said after accepting the winner's trophy.
"I just felt like some shots were going my way, and some shots weren't. But I knew there were some opportunities coming down the stretch to make some birdies.
"I saw every single leaderboard, and I knew exactly where I was. I'd check the scores, then I'd just come back to each shot and try to execute it the best I could."
In tough and windy conditions at Fields Ranch in Frisco, Texas, Lee started the round with a four-shot lead.
After a par on the opening hole, that lead became five shots, but there was plenty of work still to do.
Lee had three bogeys through eight holes, but was able to finish the front nine on a positive note with her first birdie of the day.
She gave that shot back on the 10th with a bogey, with her lead down to two shots.
But a terrific par-saving putt on 13, followed by birdies at the 14th and 15th settled the nerves and set up the win.
A bogey at 16 left Lee with a three-shot lead with two holes to play.
Lee was faultless on the par-three 17th, hitting her tee shot to the middle of the green and completing the two-putt for par.
Lee then ripped a perfect drive down the 18th fairway, relieving any jitters she may have had on the final hole.
Lee hit her approach over the green, then scrambled with the putter to save par.
