Moment crazed passenger carried from plane after BITING flight attendant
@Source: mirror.co.uk
This is the shocking moment a crazed passenger who bit a flight attendant during a violent outburst was carried off a plane by police . The man, whose identity is not known, was filmed by another passenger being held by his ankles after he reportedly clashed with a flight attendant shortly after boarding the aircraft. The passenger refused to sit down and caused distress among other people on board - and when staff members attempted to calm him down, he launched an attack by biting a member of the cabin crew. In the clip, authorities were seen walking down the aisle and appeared to be holding the man by his arms and legs. All that can be seen are the man's shins, as a police officer attempted to restrain him. The captain called police who operated at the airport, and asked for them to remove the passenger following the incident on April 17. It led to the plane being delayed for three hours, with the flight initially scheduled to take off at approximately 4.25pm from Sapporo, Hokkaido, Japan, but not departing until 7.30pm to get to Taipei Taoyuan International Airport, in Taiwan. The captain explained to passengers at the time that the hold up was due to help being required from the Japanese Air Police. It is not known if the man was arrested upon being removed from the flight. It comes just days after Ryanair crew were forced to strap down an "unruly" passenger with extra seat belts after he caused chaos by refusing to take his seat while the plane was landing, witnesses claim. The disruptive flyer on the Manchester to Rhodes service reportedly lost his cool after cabin crew confiscated two bottles of alcohol from him and cut off his booze supply. He then allegedly managed to wriggle free from impromptu restraints, leading the pilot to cancel the plane's descent into Rhodes, perform an aerial loop, then make a second attempt to land. Upon touchdown on April 3, Rhodes police boarded the aircraft to haul away the troublemaker. A spokesperson for Ryanair said: "The crew of this flight from Manchester to Rhodes on April 3 called ahead for police assistance after a passenger became disruptive onboard. The aircraft was met by local police upon arrival at Rhodes Airport and this passenger was removed. "Ryanair has a strict zero-tolerance policy towards passenger misconduct and will continue to take decisive action to combat unruly passenger behavior, ensuring that all passengers and crew travel in a safe and respectful environment, without unnecessary disruption. This is a matter for local police.”
