For a game with minimal consequence, Nate Bittle provided a historic performance.
The Ducks center scored a career-high 36 points and 12 rebounds to lead a 80-73 overtime win Sunday afternoon at Alaska Airlines Arena.
It was the eighth career double-double for Bittle, a redshirt-junior, and his sixth of the season.
He scored 21 points in the first half to give the Ducks a 36-33 edge at the break. Bittle was 13 of 20 from the field, including 3 of 4 from three, and 7 of 8 at the free throw line.
Keeshawn Barthelemy scored 14 points, Kwame Evans Jr. had 11 points and a career-high 11 rebounds and TJ Bamba scored 10 for Oregon (23-8, 12-8 Big Ten), which was already locked in to eighth place in the conference standings.
Evans, a sophomore, notched his first career double-double. He had four points and three rebounds in overtime, when six different players scored for Oregon, which will face No. 9 seed Indiana (19-12, 10-10) in the Big Ten tournament on Thursday (9 a.m., Big Ten Network) at Gainbridge Fieldhouse in Indianapolis. The Ducks beat the Hoosiers 73-64 on March 4.
The winner of that game advances to face No. 1 seed Michigan State in the quarterfinals of the conference tournament on Friday (9 a.m., BTN).
Great Osobor scored 21 points to lead all five starters in double-figures for Washington (13-18, 4-16), which finishes its season in last place in the conference.
Mekhi Mason (11 points) gave the Huskies two of their four brief leads, all in the second half and none by more than one point.
