Kane's first goal came in the ninth minute, courtesy of a precise header from a cross by Michael Olise, setting the tone for Bayern's commanding display.
In the second half, Jamaal Musiala doubled Bayern's lead after a costly error by Leverkusen goalkeeper Kovar.
The match took a further turn in Bayern's favour when Mukiele of Leverkusen received a red card in the 62nd minute, reducing Xabi Alonso's team to ten men.
Later, Edmond Tapsoba's foul led to a penalty, which Kane converted with conviction, securing a significant advantage for Bayern ahead of the second leg.
Despite the presence of top strikers like Patrik Schick and Victor Boniface on the bench, Leverkusen struggled to capitalise on their opportunities, ultimately succumbing to Bayern's superior performance.
