More than 8,000 independent distributors and entrepreneurs from across the globe gathered at the SPICE Arena in Penang, Malaysia, on Saturday, June 21, 2025, for the annual V-Convention (VCON) organised by QNET, a leading international direct selling company specialising in lifestyle and wellness products.
The flagship event brought together government officials, marketing experts, media personnel, and QNET distributors in a dynamic celebration of entrepreneurship, innovation, and cultural diversity.
The atmosphere at SPICE Arena was electric, filled with cheers, testimonies, and spirited performances blending Indian and Malay traditions.
The convention featured motivational speeches and personal stories from the co-founders of the QI Group, Dato’ Sri Dr. Vijay Eswaran and Joseph Bismark, who reflected on their humble beginnings and the journey that led to QNET’s global success.
“Believe in your dreams, despite the obstacles,” Dato Vijay Eswaran told the audience. “Don’t pay attention to naysayers. We believed in ourselves, in our vision, and trusted each other as business partners with one goal: to transform lives by transcending boundaries.”
Both founders urged the distributors to remain committed and “hungry for success,” emphasising perseverance as the cornerstone of their achievements.
During the event, QNET also unveiled two new products, reinforcing its mission to enhance lifestyles and well-being through quality wellness and personal care solutions.
With a growing presence in multiple countries, QNET uses a direct-to-consumer business model to promote health, personal care, home, and wellness solutions. The company also empowers individuals through entrepreneurship by enabling them to earn income as independent distributors through product sales.
Known for its emphasis on ethical business practices and social impact, QNET has launched several initiatives across Africa and Asia focused on health and wellness education, youth development, and community upliftment.
In Ghana, QNET is empowering people and uplifting them. “QNET is about empowerment, not exploitation”, Chief Communications Officer of the QI Group, Ramya Chandrasekaran, emphasised.
