ICC Champions Trophy 2025: Rohit Sharma was perfect as heled Team India to yet another ICC title in a night to remember on Sunday in Dubai. The India captain rose to the occasion as he hit a marvelous 76 off 83 balls to help India win. But while there are celebrations in India, Pakistan , who are the hosts, are mourning. Former Pakistan cricketer Shoaib Akhtar has now ripped the Pakistan Cricket Board apart for zero participation during the final in Dubai. Revealing that there was no PCB representative during the ceremony, Akhtar reckoned that was ‘odd’. This is literally beyond my understanding. There was one odd thing: no one from the Pakistan Cricket Board during the presentation ceremony. Pakistan is the host of the Champions Trophy, but there was no representative of Pakistan who was standing. No one was there to present the trophy. It is beyond me. Think about it. It was the world stage, you should have been there, but sadly, I could not see any Pakistan Cricket Board member there. We hosted the tournament, yet there was nobody there. Feeling very down to see that," Akhtar said in a video posted on his social media.ALSO READ: Rohit Sharma Scripts All-Time Captaincy Record After CT 2025 TriumphINDIA WORLD CHAMPIONSFollowing the win in Dubai, Team India won the most number of Champion Trophy titles, clinching the silverware three times.
