Palestinian Cabinet Urges International Law Enforcement to End Collective Punishment Against Palestinian People
@Source: qna.org.qa
Ramallah, June 10 (QNA) - The Palestinian Cabinet reiterated its call for the international community to enforce international law to protect Palestinian people and halt the policy of collective punishment.
This appeal specifically highlighted the ongoing genocide in Gaza Strip and the rising death toll due to famine, resulting from the occupation's closure of Gaza's crossings and its prevention of aid delivery.
In its weekly session held on Tuesday, the Cabinet noted that this plea coincides with the expanding aggression against the Palestinian people across various regions.
This includes continued demolition operations in Tulkarem and Jenin refugee camps, and widespread aggression, vandalism, and assaults on citizens' properties witnessed in Nablus since dawn today.
The occupied West Bank has seen a surge in Israeli assaults in recent months, coinciding with the genocidal war in the Gaza Strip. Occupation forces have intensified raids, arrests, and indiscriminate firing in various Palestinian cities and towns. (QNA)
