The golf influencer community seems to be a great brotherhood where everyone admires and supports each other. Except for the occasional squabble, the general line is good vibes among all these golfers/entertainers, with the "collabs" among each other setting the pace of relationships within this universe.However, all indications are that there are more latent disputes than one might imagine. At least George Bryan of Bryan Bros. doesn't seem to be particularly fond of some of his colleagues.George was a guest on the latest episode of the Dan On Golf podcast, hosted by Skratch journalist Dan Rapaport. Among other things, Rapaport asked George to talk about the upcoming PGA Tour Creator Classic and who he would most like to beat.While he gave his answer with a smile, George held nothing back in identifying his most coveted prey, and it was clear that his motivations have little to do with inside-the-ropes matters:"If we're being honest, the No Laying Up guys. They threw spears at Wesley last year. We're just gonna let it be known. Soly's gonna get indirect fire, you know, Tron coming at Wesley like he did...the No Laying Up guys, they were out for blood last year so I'm gonna be out this year."The uninitiated will know all about it in a few lines. During the first edition of the Creator Classic, the No Laying Up team spoke like there's no tomorrow about Wesley and George Bryan, the two members of the Bryan Bros. team.The reason being that both are professional golfers and the No Laying Up guys felt that the Creator Classic should be reserved for amateur creators.If that wasn't enough, one of the No Laying Up hosts went so far as to call Wesley Bryan one of his "least favorite people in golf." The feud spilled over into social media, with the two teams of content creators exchanging lengthy posts.Obviously, the members of the Bryan Brothers are far from forgotten, and according to George, they intend to take it out, through golf, on the only member of No Laying Golf who will be on the course next Wednesday. This is Soly, or in other words Chris Solomon, one of the co-founders of that team.The next edition of the Creator Classic will be played on March 12 at TPC Sawgrass, which will host The Players Championship starting the following day.
