Prime Minister Narendra Modi held an all-party delegation meeting where he warmly welcomed and personally interacted with all participating MPs. The discussions focused on the international outreach of Operation Sindoor, with delegation members briefing the PM on global reactions and their own contributions in promoting India's position abroad. PM Modi took a personal approach, speaking directly with each MP and inquiring about their experiences in various countries. He was particularly attentive to the health updates of senior leaders, including a personal inquiry with Priyanka Chaturvedi about her father and with Supriya Sule regarding Sharad Pawar.Veteran MP Ghulam Nabi Azad praised the government's efforts, noting the sincerity of the meeting. Many MPs appreciated the Prime Minister’s respectful and informal engagement, describing the gathering as more than just ceremonial. However, TMC sources revealed internal political tension, as Abhishek Banerjee reportedly greeted the PM but did not engage in discussion. Later, in the Vidhan Sabha, TMC leader Mamata Banerjee criticized the government for alleged security lapses in Pahalgam and accused the Centre of politicizing military action. She also questioned the omission of “Operation Sindoor” from the official resolution, alleging political bias and communal vote-bank tactics.
