Prizuga is a three-year-old gelding by Prized Icon, and he was also given a barrier trial at Queanbeyan in which he scored a three-quarter length victory. Wrong Footed will line up in its event having had one race start at the Sapphire Coast last month. The three-year-old son of Sidestep finished sixth when beaten a little more than 4½ lengths. Jockey Nick Heywood will also be in action at Moruya having ridden at Saturday’s SDRA Country Championships meeting at Wagga. Heywood has only two mounts at Moruya, but both look to have strong chances. He will partner the Matthew Dale-prepared Puzzle Dragon when it lines up the same event as Wrong Footed.
