MOSCOW, March 13. /TASS/. Russian President Vladimir Putin is scheduled to hold talks on Thursday with his Belarusian counterpart Alexander Lukashenko, who will pay an official visit to Russia.
This will be the Belarusian leader’s first foreign visit after his re-election in January.
At the talks, the presidents plan to discuss the development of bilateral relations of strategic partners and allies between Russia and Belarus. Also on the agenda are the prospects of integration cooperation within the Union State between the countries and pressing international issues.
The leaders are expected to sign several joint documents and give a news conference following the meeting.
