Russian and Tajik Presidents Vladimir Putin and Emomali Rahmon will take part in the ceremony to launch construction of the State Russian Drama Theater and the International Center for Gifted Children in Dushanbe on March 17. They will take part in the ceremony in a video conference mode during the Tajik leader's visit to Russia, the Kremlin press service reported ahead of Rahmon's upcoming visit to Moscow. "Vladimir Putin and Emomali Rahmon will take part in a video conference mode in the ceremony to launch construction of the International Educational Center for Gifted Children and the Vladimir Mayakovsky State Russian Drama Theater in Dushanbe," the statement said.
