Jaipur, Jun 26 (PTI) Light to heavy rain with thunderstorms and lightning was recorded at many places in eastern Rajasthan, the MeT department said on Thursday.
Similar conditions were also witnessed at some places in western Rajasthan.
Over the past 24 hours, up until 8.30 am, the highest rainfall recorded was 115 mm in Bhungra (Banswara) in eastern Rajasthan. Danpur, Masuda, and Jhadol each received 80 mm of rain.
Various locations experienced rainfall ranging from 10 to 60 mm during this period.
Jaisalmer recorded the highest maximum temperature at 42.4 degrees Celsius, while the highest minimum temperature in the same city was noted at 30.5 degrees Celsius. PTI AG MPL MPL
