RCB To Win IPL 2025? Incredible Josh Hazlewood Final Record Has Fans Dreaming
@Source: news18.com
Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB) take on Punjab Kings (PBKS) in the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2025 final at the Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad on Tuesday, June 3.
PBKS secured their place in the final with a five-wicket victory over the five-time champions, Mumbai Indians, on Sunday. Shreyas Iyer played a captain’s innings, scoring an unbeaten 87.
Virat Kohli and RCB will have a psychological advantage, having defeated PBKS by eight wickets in Qualifier 1 last week.
In 18 years, neither RCB nor PBKS have managed to win the IPL.

In fact, this is the fourth time Kohli and RCB have reached the IPL final, but are yet to lift the coveted trophy.
What can help Kohli finally win the IPL may just be RCB’s Australian fast bowler Josh Hazlewood.
Despite playing only 11 games due to injury, Hazlewood remains RCB’s leading wicket-taker with 21 scalps at an average of 15.80.
The 34-year-old came back from a shoulder injury, a timely return, to deliver a man-of-the-match performance in the qualifier against Punjab.
Hazlewood may just bring the luck that RCB need to clinch the IPL, given the fact that the Aussie has never lost a final he has played in.
